Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Nayeka, every saree is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We strive to ensure that you love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will process the exchange.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings, photography, or lighting

  • Customized or specially ordered products

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after obtaining the customer's banking details.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
